Robert Greenwald will host a press conference with several former Halliburton/KBR employees from the film at 11am this coming Monday, the 18th at the Dirksen Senate Office Building, Room SD-124.

U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND), the Chairman of the Senate Democratic Policy Committee (DPC) will join Robert.

Later that day at 2pm, Senators Dorgan, Harry Reid, Patrick Leahy, Jeff Bingaman and Mark Dayton will hold an oversight hearing to seek accountability for contracting abuses in Iraq.

Sen. Dorgan has chaired nearly a dozen oversight hearings by the DPC, virtually the only committee in Congress doing meaningful oversight of Iraq contracting. The DPC hearings have uncovered and spotlighted billions of dollars in waste, fraud and abuse.

In other words, this should be good.
