I'm hosting a screening this afternoon, and I want to make a maximum impact.

I signed on to this blog because I saw something about, "Join Robert Greenwald online today at 2pm PST / 5pm EST by Jesse Haff."

I guess I'd better check through my emails from iraqforsale.

I'll ride with it and hopefully get a bunch of other people enthused to elect our Democrat politicians (the ones that want to stop this insanity), and to definetly NOT support the New Cons in Washington.

Anybody have any helpful tips (like a list) on what a screening host can best do to prepare for the screening?

Keep up the good work everyone,
Hal Newnan

The alternative distribution scheme for this film is impressive but why isn't the film also made available to public access TV stations?

There's nothing wrong with backyard screenings, but cable access stations reach millions of viewers - FREE.

I hope Greenwald and company wake up and seize this amazing alternative distribution route.

Sorry if this is not the place for this comment but i don't see a general comment area regarding this production.

I thought the film was well done with one very glaring exception. During the trailer we witnessed a scene of an ambush on one of the many convoys this was excluded from the main feature. The same ambush was also shown on the BBC news website a week ago and was an extended version. The bad thing about this not appearing apart from the fact that it was in the trailer is that it had an impact on me and drove home whats actually going on over there and made me want to see more of the film. I have yet to watch the bonus footage so i am not sure if it's been placed in that section but it would have had 10 times the impact if it had'nt been excluded. I've watched a lot of these types of programming and if more footage had been included in the main feature it would have been A+ for me instead of a B. Sorry but i felt it lost something due to this.
