Frequently answered questions:
Q: How do I know if they got the email asking for their address?
A: We'll email you when they've claimed the DVD. You can re-send it easily from your receipt page.
Q: What if they think it's spam?
A: The email will clearly say it's from you, and your personal note should make that obvious. But if they haven't responded, you can email them yourself and send them the link to claim the DVD.
Q: Can I just put in their shipping address if I already have it?
A: Yes, of course.
Q: What if they don't want it?
A: Who wouldn't want a free DVD? But if they really don't, you can return to your receipt page and change the recipient. We don't do refunds yet.
